Edward Simon will join distinguished colleagues to serve on the jury of the Jazz Fellowship Awards of the American Pianists Association. The winner will be named the Cole Porter Fellow in Jazz of the American Pianists Association and receive a prize worth over $100,000- the largest in the world for a young American jazz pianist. Finals will be March 28, 2015 at 7:30 PM at Hilbert Circle Theatre in Indianapolis, and will feature the finalists with Dianne Reeves, the Buselli Wallarab Jazz Orchestra, and webcast host Christian McBride.
